BARIER is a silicone-based water-repellent product for the formation of a chemical barrier.

DESCRIPTION

BARIER is a silicone water-repellent product consisting of
made from an aqueous solution of potassium methyl siliconate,
particularly suitable for the hydrophobization of construction materials
that make up the walls, using the chemical barrier system.
It is packaged in a special  bottle to be inserted into the holes
made in the masonry.

USE

  • BARIER stops rising damp from the foundations to the walls forever;
  • BARIER is not effective against humidity in the ground (below ground level).

DESCRIPTION

DEO is a powdered mineral additive for packaging
of macroporous dehumidifying plasters with connected bubbles
(over 40% voids in the mix volume).

USE

DEO is used as an active ingredient to obtain dehumidifying mortars using normal binders and aggregates.
The specific field of use is therefore the restoration of masonry affected by rising damp from the foundations.

DESCRIPTION

Cement-based product with controlled shrinkage for waterproofing concrete structures through internal crystallization.
CRISTAL BARICOTE is an accelerated setting, waterproof mortar, specifically designed to repair cracks, holes and joints.
CRISTAL BARICOTE contains special ingredients that chemically react with the concrete forming millions of needle-like hydration crystals.
These crystals grow and enter deep into the capillary pores of the mortar and surrounding concrete blocking the passage of water.

USE

  • Repair cracks, joints and holes in concrete;
  • Fill spacers and formwork boards;

CRISTAL MIX

Product for waterproofing concrete through internal crystallization.

DESCRIPTION

CRISTAL MIX is a powder product for concrete with the unique property of forming crystals that permanently waterproof the mix. CRISTAL MIX is added to the concrete mixer truck during the mixing process on site or, in special cases, directly in the batching plant.
The extremely advanced organic component of the product reacts with water and with the non-hydrated particles of the cement, forming billions of needle-like crystals; these crystals grow and move through the concrete, filling the capillaries and microscopic voids that would otherwise constitute passages for water.
CRISTAL MIX raises the natural hydration process of cement, increasing its compressive strength and drastically reducing plastic shrinkage cracks.
The characteristic that makes CRISTAL MIX an extraordinarily reliable product is its ability to self-seal over time: the organic chemical components remain dormant in the concrete and, in the event of cracks and small cracks form even long after laying, CRISTAL MIX is reactivated by the penetration of more water. The new cracks thus seal themselves independently without additional maintenance costs.
CRISTAL MIX waterproofs concrete giving it exceptional qualities of durability and self-repair.
